  • CV Collection

    Candidate profiles are collected from different sources/channels

  • Profile Review

    Hundreds of CVs are reviewed to shortlist suitable candidates that meet the criteria

  • Telephonic Interview with HR

    An HR representative conducts an initial telephonic interview to screen a candidate

  • Test

    After clearing the HR telephonic interview successfully, a written or online test is scheduled

  • Technical Interview

    Once the candidate has cleared the test, a technical interview is conducted to check the proficiency of the candidate

  • Functional Interview

    Next, a functional interview is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s knowledge, experience, and skills

  • Final HR Interview

    After clearing the functional interview, a final HR interview is conducted to discuss the details of the offer

  • Offer Letter

    On the successful completion of the entire selection process, an offer is made to the candidate
